  • What is a certified translation?

A certified translation is a translation officially signed and sealed by a sworn translator and accompanied by the translator’s statement testifying to the truthfulness of the translation.

  • What is a translation page?

In Montenegro, translation page is the standard unit of measurement used as the basis for price calculation. It is regulated by the law and consists of 1800 characters with spaces, which, in practice, means that an A4 paper page may constitute 2 or even 3 translation pages.

  • How can I order/buy translation services?

The translation buying process is easy - it only takes three steps! First step is sending your document to me via e-mail, sharing your document with me via the link or in person, whichever is more convenient for you.
Second is my review, cost estimate and translation of your file. I start translating only after your approval of the price quote and payment (PayPal or bank transfer).
Third is the delivery of the final product according to your needs, requirements and specifications. Upon your request, the translation may be notarized or sent to you by post for an extra fee.

  • How long does it normally take to complete and return a translation project?

Projects under 5,000 words or up to 20 translation pages normally take 3-5 days to complete.
I know you will have occasional rush projects and I work hard to adapt to your delivery schedules.

  • Do you provide a quality guarantee?

I strongly believe that there’s no such thing as perfect translation and there’s no single translator who can deliver perfect work for everyone. I am not perfect either, but I certainly stand behind every translation project I complete. I guarantee a 100% satisfaction on all of the projects, meaning that you are entitled to an unlimited number of free revisions. If, for some reason, you’d like to make changes to a translation after it has been delivered, contact me and I’ll take care of it immediately, free of charge.

  • How do you maintain client confidentiality and the security of clients’ data?

As a general rule, translators have an ethical duty to protect the confidentiality of their clients’ data and to comply with legislation that governs disclosure of information. It is both a moral and a legal obligation, which has always been one of the ruling principles of the profession. With DSV Translations, your documents are safe and secure. I do not provide any third party access to my clients’ data without their express consent. Therefore, your privacy is protected and the whole work remains discrete and confidential.
